* Arkansas Fee: $145.00 + 5.00 online payment fee = $150.00
* Life only or Health only Class, Fee: $125.00 + $5.00 online payment fee = $130.00
* Oklahoma Fee: $100.00 + $5.00 online payment fee = $105.00
CE Credit:
